FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Logging into Our Member Site for the First Time (Existing Members):

  • You will need to set a password to access our member site.
  • Click the "Log in" button (at the upper right of this page).
  • Click on "Forgot password" to the right of the "Log in" button.
  • Enter your email address, and the code displayed; click "Submit."
Note: If you get "Error warning: Email not found", the email address you entered is not in the system.  If you have another email address you might try it otherwise send an email to our Database Administrator and we will check to see if you are in our system.  If needed, we will update your email address. When you send an inquiry, be sure to provide your full name.
  • An email will be sent to you containing a link to setup your new password.
  • In the email, click the link under "To choose a new password go to:"  On the resulting page, enter the password you would like to use (must be at least 7 characters; be sure to write it down for future use!). Click the "SET NEW PASSWORD" button.
  • You can now log in to our member site by clicking the Log in button (at the upper right of this page) and entering your email address and new password.
  • The first time you log in you will be asked to agree to the terms of use for Wild Apricot, our website platform. Click the check box and click "Continue" if you agree.
  • You will now be on the Member Home Page and can explore all the club has to offer.
  • When you are ready to leave the website, click "Log out" (at the upper right of the page).
